How this estimate is calculated
A subcontractor's crew with its own rate and a typical week is counted from those, prorated to the period, in place of what its people are paid.
W-2 pay is combined company-wide, without office, crew or individual breakdowns. Commissions and recorded bonuses are included in pay, not added again.
Saved rates and typical hours, production or sales are prorated for this period, including scheduled changes. Commission estimates include their recorded base pay. Earned referral bonuses assigned to this period are included. Recorded final pay issued in this period or still due replaces those employees' projected wages, including its recorded commissions, bonuses and PTO payout.
Reimbursements are submitted requests, not confirmed payments. Other currencies are shown separately. Employer costs are planning estimates, not amounts due; missing costs on recorded extras are flagged. Actual timecard overtime, unrecorded extras and employee deductions are not calculated. Headcount estimates do not add wages, and recorded 1099 payment history is not added to projected pay.

ChangeCrews are paid by the square through Gusto; the hourly foreman in the Springs and the yard are on time cards. Subcontract crews invoice weekly or net 15 and are paid by ACH, outside payroll.
