Open a line to see what is in it, and which row pays it.
The year ahead, month by month: a payment while the loan or the lease runs (and the loan's fee, spread over its term), then wear: the price less what the vehicle would still sell for, over the years you keep one. Insurance and plates are the vehicle's own or its share of the fleet's total; fuel is what the cards were charged, or the miles at the mileage and your price a gallon. A trailer burns no fuel; a vehicle out of service is left out. It is the same arithmetic as the running total beside the form.
Enter costs paid for the fleet as a whole. We divide them among your vehicles; amounts entered for an individual vehicle take priority.
Annual costs. Bars show each entry’s share of the total.

Worked example
A three-quarter-ton pickup that drives 18,000 miles a year.
A 14-foot tandem-axle dump trailer, on the road most days.
Round, typical figures, to show how the sum is built. Work out your own the same way; last year's receipts for the machine beat any example.
